artina Bayers (1970) joined the YELLOW IDEAS team in1997. She is a trained art historian and has directed a workshop for the restoration of paintings for ten years. .

She provides YELLOW IDEAS with an artistic dimension building bridges between the life and work of famous artists and the challenges faced by corporations today. Her conferences,  “Picasso, manager” and “Gaudi, creativity in motion” provide us with a fresh look at managing in today’s companies.

She also excels in facilitating creative meetings and in mega-storms, creative meetings that gather 50, 100 or 200 people simultaneously. In September 2009, she ran Creativity Night at Lille’s business school, EDHEC: 584 students took part in it and about 5000 ideas were produced.

She loves trips, Chinese and Japanese literature as well as exotic spices.

Martina has run the websites for yellowideas and academiedespoivres since their creation in 2001 and in 2003.

Martina is Belgian and lives in Barcelona. She works fluently in French, English and Spanish.
