The Californian consultant, Marty Neumeier highlights the "customer experience" strategy in a magnificent way, with design especially figuring in his latest book « The Designful Company ».

For him, design not only involves the aesthetics of objects. It encompasses all of the processes for a corporation. We might wonder, for example, if going through the check-in for an airline is well-designed or poorly designed in terms of making this moment easy, agreeable and useful for the passenger. He defends the idea that great companies are those that have understood the strategic dimension of design of their processes. 

Excellent book, very stirring, illustrated in an original way.

The main idea : creativity can be done in two ways: team creativity and individual creativity.
The key is to find a certain collaborative rhythm that integrates both modes.
