Creativicides

YI3-speak-creativicide

Creativicide : n.m. (from creativity and cide, to kill). Phrase, which assassinates an idea, a suggestion or a new proposal.
For example : «During meetings, Archibald has this manic habit of launching creativicides without warning. This results in an instant demotivation of the entire team.». « It will never work », « we already tried this », « it’s too expensive », « the clients won’t buy it»,« it’s technically impossible », « we don’t have the time » are the creativicides that are most frequently heard in companies. Companies are increasingly trying to combat them. *
